Event Details

Clemency – A sadistic killer takes a reporter on an emotional thrill ride she will never forget. Joseph Albanese / Doug Thagard / Charlie Frazier / Los Angeles, CA / 18 min.

Lucky Break – Travis begins seeing unique messages inside fortune cookies.  The fortunes help Travis at first, but all is not what it seems.  The fortunes soon turn menacing.  Now, Travis must do as the fortunes ask, or risk the consequences. Mark Bauer / Tallahassee, FL / 19 min.

Being Followed – Do you ever get the feeling that you're being followed? Courtney and Zack do when they are out in the woods near their cabin in the mountains. Maybe it’s because of that legend in town of that old witch, Emily Devlin, who used to live up there, or maybe it’s because there's something hiding in that dark space underneath the house. Cameron Roubique / Westminster, CO / 20 min.

Siren – A story about a young Hungarian boy and his fatal acquaintance with a Russian soldier during the 1956 Revolution in Budapest, which leads to an unusual trip down memory lane. Andras Novak / Budapest, Hungary / 11 min.

Lost or Found – Hanna lost her memory. In an attempt to find her identity she steals suitcases from other women and takes over their personalities. When she finds a gun in a suitcase, she decides to rob a shop. During the robbery she meets Pablo and Luca, two other outcasts that try to give her a new identity. Iliana Estañol / Zurich, Switzerland / 22 min.

Filmmakers will be in attendance to participate in a Q & A after the films are shown.
